I, as the parent or legal guardian of children listed below grant my permission to Ifa for Kids, LLC to use the photographs and videos described for the Ifa for Kids for any legal use, including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content.

I understand that my child(ren) whose name(s) are listed below may be photographed and recorded during Ifa for Kids hours, field trips, or activities. I understand that these photographs and videos may be used in promoting child-related spiritual services, either in print or on the Internet.

Furthermore, I understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use. I hereby grant you the right of possession of the above-described image(s) / photo(s) and videos shot by me and have my permission to make unlimited printed or developed photographs, for commercial use.
